Good to see the tree again. I was curious how the tree was doing. Very difficult to decide about the styling now. I think you have to repot it to discover the possibilities.

This taxus is the result of 15 years training.
This means, cutting to get backbudding, every now and then wiring to get the branhes where they are now, making the liveveins narrower litle by litle, working on the deadwood 2 times a year, repotting it every 2 to years to get it in a ...

This is how it was, 2 years ago, in my garden before "styling".

das ist aber kein natürliches vorbild in dem sinne, da es eben kein "normal(großer)baum" ist.
gibt man bei google-bildersuche pinus sylvestris ein, sieht man imho mehr, was typisch für diese art ist..

das mit den mugos stimmt zweifelsohne, allerdings ist eine sylvestris doch keine mugo...
was ich damit meinen will: sylvestris wächst nicht so, wie mugos (aus den alpen). mugos sind oft nur kriechende/liegende "büsche", wie ich das bislang beobachten konnte, sylvestris hingegen wächst ...

I know how difficult it is to style a buxus and I like the result of yours. In years this wil ba a nice bonsai.
I did one of these workshops years ago and this buxus is the result.
